EMERALD CITY ESPRESSO MACHINES started in 1997 as a service company.  We serviced most brands of espresso machines in the greater Seattle area.

Today we are still a service company in addition to selling equipment.  Our technicians are factory trained and have many years of experience in the industry.  They carry a complete parts inventory in their service trucks.

For non-local customers we offer spare parts kits, service and parts manuals, and easy do it yourself instructions for machine installation and operation.  We also offer excellent technical support by telephone.  EMERALD CITY ESPRESSO MACHINES also networks with many other service companies across the United States, and we can assist our non local customers find local service resources if needed.

Our goal to our customers is to provide them with the finest equipment, at very reasonable prices, and excellent service.
